Employing emigrant workers - Fine / bill of indictment

This article will discuss fines or indictments imposed by the Israeli emigrant workers law, 1991, the Israeli administrative offenses law 1985 and the Israel Entry law, 1952. The combination of these laws is used by the Israeli enforcement authorities (Ministry of Industry and Trade) for submitting administrative fines or filling bill of indictments against employers of illegal emigrant workers. This article will discuss on how to deal with those fines and/or bills of indictment.
